Moved out of my house: every WiFi device works in the new place but this one. I think I tried everything including consumer service that keeps repeating the same thing over and over.
A little too expensive for this failure!
Works, but...
Refuses to stay logged in. As soon as the app is closed or removed from memory by the OS you’ll have to sign back in, which is odd because it does all the notifications fine.
All in all I do like the device and the app. It’s great that I can auto feed my cat dry food. It’s also interesting to note her feeding trends. Between 4 and 6 months she’s eating almost twice as much.
Anyway, I’m hoping that the login thing can be fixed.
Terrible! Please bring back the old app
I have used the old app for over a year and loved it, but was forced to get this app for a new device. The feeding schedule is on a 24:00 clock but only works up to 12:00, I now have to log in every time I want to manually feed, and the device consistently goes offline. Please bring back the old app!!!
